The yoga and wellness club is open to all students who would like to build up their healthy living skills in a fun, supportive environment. You don't need to have any yoga experience to join in! Some of the activities include yoga, cooking, crafting and learning relaxation techniques. Students are not expected to attend every session as we will be incorporating different fun activities each week. Come and join us every Wednesday after school in room 109. Bring a water bottle and comfy clothes. Snacks are provided at each session.
