LET (Life Education Day) Number 3.  As a part of Day 3, students in grades 9 and 10 had the opportunity to visit a volunteer fair (organized at our school) while grade 12's had an opportunity to ensure their transcripts were up to date and accurate in preparation (for some) for post secondary applications.

 

 

 

STUCO Dance Tickets Still on Sale

Just a reminder, dance tickets are still on sale.  Tickets can be purchased in the Foyer each day at lunch.

A Full House for PAC Discussion on Long Range Facilities Plan

 

 

At our recent PAC (Parent Advisory Council) Meeting, Assistant Superintendent Lynn Archer attended to answer questions and concerns regarding some of the proposed boundary changes that have impact to our school community.  Many questions were asked and answered.  A reminder, if you have thoughts you wish to share, the District encourages you to submit your thoughts on the Let's Talk website.  Here is the link to the page.

 

 

A Time to Dance

 

For some, it is a highlight, for others, not so much.  Regardless, for those involved in our PE Dance Unit, it was a time to move.  While Square Dancing is not always that people equate to physical education, it is a great opportunity to learn that physical activity does not always mean sports and workouts.

 

 

South Fraser Valley Championship

It was an amazing (and long) night.  Nervous tension in the stands, excitement in the air, and a hard fought five set victory for our senior girls volleyball team who captured the South Fraser Zone Championship played here at McRoberts.
