Tips for Students Using Scholantis

McRobert’s parents and students,

Thank you for your continued patience as we work to provide continuity of learning for our students. Teachers will be contacting all students by the end of the day on Monday, April 6th to confirm that they have accurate contact information (email) and to request that students complete an initial, very short, check-in assignment. Most teachers will use School District 38 Scholantis for contact, through Scholantis student accounts. If one or more of your teachers contacts you to indicate that they will be using Scholantis to communicate with you for your ongoing learning, then please read the attached information to help you access your account (See attached “Scholantis Account – Access Support” document). If you are unable to access your account, please contact McRoberts IMMEDIATELY through the following link:

Once you are in your Scholantis account, you will be asked to complete a very quick “Check-In” assignment in each of your classes (See attached “Scholantis Account – Completing An Assignment” document). Completion of this assignment allows teachers to see that you have joined the group so this is a very important step. This assignment should be completed by 3pm on Wednesday, April 8th.

Note: Please check your Scholantis account every day to see if staff have sent you any work, as you will not be notified any other way. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at:

In order to help keep some of these important documents accessible, we have created a “Tab” labeled Continuity of Learning (top tab, far right) on our School’s Website where we will keep important information for students and parents.
