Reminder to families to check to make sure that you can access your MyEd Parent account prior to our Semester 1 Final Term Report Cards that will be posted on Friday, Feburary 4, 2022 at 4:00pm. Please note the information below:

If you have not yet set up your Parent Portal account on the MyEducation BC website then you must do this task in order to prepare this system for this new process. When you log in for the first time, use a laptop or desktop computer (mobile devices have been problematic in the past) and complete the setup process in order to activate the option to recover your password on your own.  If you do not complete the set up process, you will have to wait for the school office to reset your password.  In addition, if you already have an account but it is telling you that your password is invalid, please follow the prompts to set up a new password and this should alleviate this issue. Please note that the password must contain at least one capital letter, one lower case, one number and one symbol, and must be at least 8 characters in length (i.e., Nov1$2021). User instructions for the Parent Portal are attached.

Account Problems?

Accounts have been created using email addresses previously provided to the office.  If you did not provide your email address, or if you need to update it,  please send an email to McRoberts@sd38.bc.ca.  In the subject line please put Parent Portal, and in the message, include the following: Student’s Full Name, Pupil #, Parent/Guardian Name and email address.
