Graduation Tranistions (GT) is a BC Ministry of Education requirement for graduation. For more information about the GT program, students and parents can refer to the BC Ministry of Education's Program Guide for Graduation Transitions.
Upon successful completion of the GT program, students receive 4 credits toward graduation. There are several requirements for Graduation Transitions almost all completed through the Senior Planning course as well as other areas within the school. In grade 12 the majority of students will have to complete a student-led exit interview, completed in April. Students may see their Mr. Kamide if they have any questions about Graduation Transitions
Below is a package for Grade 12's that will give an overview of the expectations as well as helpful information to prepare them for their interviews.
