No. 3 Road and Francis Road.  East on Francis Road (south side inclusive) to Garden City Road;  South on Garden City Road (west side inclusive) to Williams Road;  East on Williams Road (inclusive) to No. 4  Road;  South on No. 4 Road (west side inclusive) to Steveston Highway;  West on Steveston Highway (inclusive) to No. 3 Road;  North on No. 3 Road (east side inclusive) to the point of origin.
