As we approach the end of the year, we have important updates and reminders below.

1. Bell Schedule (June 17-21): Refer to the attached document for next week’s alternate bell schedule. Note that PLT sessions will be held on Monday and Tuesday to accommodate final exams. Additionally, Friday, June 21, will follow a different schedule due to our annual year-end student celebration.
2. National Indigenous Day Celebration (June 20): Join us on Thursday, June 20, during lunch by the outdoor basketball courts to celebrate National Indigenous Day as a community.
3. School Fees: Promptly check SchoolCashOnline to ensure payment of fees for this year. Students with outstanding fees will not receive their yearbooks. For inquiries, contact Ms. Cai in the office.
4. Lost & Found: Before the end of the year, check the lost & found for any lost items. Unclaimed items will be donated after June 30.
5. Locker Cleanout: By Wednesday, June 19, students must clear out all locker items. If absent on Wednesday, their belongings will be stored in the office over the summer.
6. Yearbook Distribution: Students (unless they have unpaid fees) will receive their yearbooks during their Block B class on Friday, June 21.
7. Office Hours: Teachers will host ‘learning completion’ office hours by invitation on Monday, June 24, and Tuesday, June 25, as indicated on the school calendar.
8. Final Report Cards: On Thursday, June 27, by 12 pm, final report cards will be available online via MyEd. Ensure access to MyEd and stay tuned for further details next week.
