As we transition to semester 2, the following are important dates and reminders.  

Homeroom for students (Wed, Jan 22) – All students must attend a mandatory homeroom this Wednesday afternoon to pick up the updated Semester 2 schedule and program planning sheets.  Homeroom lists and classrooms are posted by the Snack Shack for students to review.  

• S2 teachers and classrooms may have changed since schedule distribution in September so please review the schedule.  If there are questions about S2 courses, there will be instructions on the student schedule printout to contact our counsellors.
• Students will receive important program planning information in preparation for next year’s course selection.  Each package will include links to resources and MyEd entry instructions.  

Pro-D Day  (Mon, Jan 27) – School is closed.

Semester Turn-around Day (Tues, Jan 28) – Classes are not in session and Semester 2 classes will start on Wed, Jan 29.

Jan 29 to 31 Bell Schedule—We will run the ABCD bell schedule for the first week of semester 2, so there will be no PLT. PLT will resume the following week, on Feb 5.  

Parent Program Planning Info Night (Thurs, Jan 30): We will host a virtual parent program planning session for current McRoberts students (Gr. 8 @ 6pm, Gr 9-11 @ 7pm).  The meeting link and more details will be shared next week.  For program planning dates and resources, please visit our school website or use the following link.
