Please find attached the School Opening Newsletter as well as the Striker Weekly (a Week at a Glance for Parents). 

Newsletters will be done only if significant amounts of information need to be communicated (like for start-up), otherwise, we will publish the Parent Week-at-a-Glance weekly to help keep parents informed of the goings-on at McRoberts Secondary.

We are very excited to see everyone on Tuesday, September 2nd. Please remember the schedule for Grade assemblies where all students will be given several forms that require completion and return as well as Student Timetables with instructions if you wish to request a change:

• Grade 8:            9:30-11:00 Grade assembly (in Gym) followed by Homeroom
• Grade 9/10:       12:00-1:00 Grade Assembly (in Gym) followed by Homeroom
• Grade 11/12:      1:30-2:30 Grade Assembly (in Gym) followed by Homeroom

Also, look for an email this afternoon that will advise students of their Homeroom assignment. Grade 8 students will also be given a locker and combination in this email, while Grade 9-12 students will be provided with a link to request a locker and combination assignment.
