Halloween, pumpkins, and Core Competencies... not the usual combination.  Ms. Yau's Home Economics 8 classe had the opportunity to demonstrate their understanding of a choice of Core Competencies through the art of pumpkin carving.  An interesting way to bring forward the idea of the core competenices.
