Important Dates

• Semester 1 Interim Reports (Published via email)– October 21, 2026
• Semester 1 Term 1 Learning Update (Published via MyEd Parent Portal)– November 19, 2026
• Semester 1 Parent Teacher Conferences – November 25 and 26, 2026
• Semester 1 At-Risk Interim Reports (Published via email)– December 17, 2026
• Semester 1 Final Learning Update (Published via MyEd Parent Portal) – February 11, 2027

Semester 1 Interim Reports

• Interim reports for all students provide feedback on engagement, behaviour, and learning progress.
• Sent via email to parents and students on October 21 from our no-reply school email account.
• Contact the school office if your email address has changed.
• Only Semester 1 courses included; full-year off-timetable courses (Yearbook, Human Services, Peer Helping, CP Work Experience, Outdoor Education) will be updated in November Term 1 report.

Semester 1 At-Risk Interim Reports

• Sent only to students at risk or facing challenges.
• Emailed to parents and students on December 17 from our no-reply school email account.
• If you do not receive this report, do not be alarmed—only select students receive it.

Semester 1 Term 1 and Final Learning Updates 

• Formal Learning Updates posted to MyEd Parent Portal.
• Access portal: https://myeducation.gov.bc.ca/aspen-login/?deploymentId=aspen
• Instructions available on McRoberts website under Parents > MyEdBC Parent Portal.
• Printed copies available upon request.
• Reports viewable for a limited time—download for records.

For Parents Using the Parent Portal for the First Time

• Parent accounts are created by the district. 
• When the process is completed, parents will receive an e-mail notification that will include login instructions.
