Free Webinar on Substance Use Prevention
The Ministry of Education and Child Care, in partnership with adolescent clinical psychologist Dr. Hayley Watson from Open Parachute, will host an additional three (3) free virtual sessions for parents, guardians and caregivers on creating a personalized step-by-step plan for implementing substance use prevention skills in their home. You will learn the specific steps needed to create a home environment where both you and your child and youth are supported. This session will answer the question: “How can I teach my child and youth substance use prevention strategies in the most effective way?â€
