Please read the attached Responsible Use of Technology pamphlet.  Families need to sign and hand in the SA-53 Personal Information Consent Form which will be distributed in homerooms on September 5th, which includes an acknowledgement that they have read the pamphlet.  Attached is an English and a Chinese version for families.
